0 star rating or maybe negative star. I went with my 5 year old today who had about 14 inch of hair so I told the lady (Chinese or Asian one ) that I need to do wigs for kids charity. Initially she agreed then she said it will be too short to do any hair style on her. She was so rude to me and to my daughter. Fine I don't want it too short for her either. With that she started cutting she won't even partition the hair. I repeatedly told her so that she doesn't cut it uneven. Then she still did it too short like above the neck short. I had to warn her that you are going way too short. So here I am without my hair for the charity and way too short than I wanted. My 5 yr old was in tears. Incan deal with short but it was just so uneven I just couldn't understand. She completely butchered the beautiful hair. Stay as far away from this place. None of them have any experience of hair cutting at all and no courtesy either.
This is the second time that I've taken my kids for haircuts here. Both times they butchered my kids hair. I tell them exactly what I want done and to keep the kids hair long and they not only end up with very short haircuts but it's completely choppy and looks like my 5 year old cut all their hair. The only person that works there and knows what they are doing is Pam. Everyone else hasn't got a clue or is still an apprentice. I think it should he disclosed to their customers who is still learning or who is new, especially when cutting kids hair. I spend the rest of the night wiping tears off of three kids faces and trting to tell them it will be ok. This is the last time I will ever go there. Do not go to this place! Stay far away!

Provided by SuperpagesAmen, the manager is no longer at this location. Now maybe they will a little nicer and treat the customer right(and not hateful). Need to send someone in as a mystery shopper. I would be up for that myself. Let me know asap

Someone in the salon said that she was the assist manager. I just wanted to letthe owner know that I will be back asking for her. Her name was Cat. She took her time with me and listen to what I had to say. Pleasepass this on to her. Thank you so much Cat for a great job, I'm so pleased with your work

Provided by SuperpagesI think the stylist I got there was very rude.She is horrible with kids she told my son that he was being naughty...he was scared and then she told me that my hair will grow out if I didn't like it. And its funny u mention donna cause she was the one who did it.
I have had my hair cut here once. The haircut went fine, but the stylist kept trying to sell my girlfriend Avon products (apparently her main form of income). If you don't want to be hassled by Avon reps, don't get your hair cut here.
A month later, I called to make an appointment with a specific sylist. The receptionist rudely informed me that they only accepted walk-ins. Fine- I asked when my stylist would be there. I was told that she was not in today or the rest of the week. I was then hung up on.
I called back a minute later and asked again when she would be in. This time I was told I could not receive that information. The receptionist said "I can only tell you that if you are coming in for a hair cut." I replied: why else would I be calling (stupid me...probably for Avon products, duh). She said, I don't know. I will have to talk to my manager. She didn't put me on hold so I heard the whole conversation going on "behind my back." When she returned she asked for my information so I could be called back. I felt highly offended and let her know about it. Again, CLICK! Hung up on twice. All I wanted to know was when my stylist was working so I could get a hair cut.
I called headquarters and complained about the two rude receptionists. I am awaiting a call from the owner- which may occur within 24 hours. In the meantime, I will be going to one of the other salons in town- maybe the Hair Cuttery, Sport Clips, etc etc. If you are planning on going to this place, don't bother. The haircut may only be $4.99, but you pay for it in other ways (i.e. crappy service).
