Founded in 1993, Touch-Stone Solutions is a nonprofit human service agency. It serves several families and individuals in Crawford and Venango counties in northwestern Pennsylvania. The agency administers residential, employment, behavioral health, and home and community programs for individuals with mental disabilities. Touch-Stone Solutions conducts the Life Enrichment and Community Integration Services program, which offers habilitation assistance and life skill and job coaching solutions. The program also assists with various services, such as medication management, meal planning, health care and social skills development. The agency administers the Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services program, which provides psychological evaluation, mobile therapy, consulting, and behavioral modification and mentoring solutions.
