        They are NO help at all. I have no idea what they are good for. I have reported neglect and abuse on my Mother twice now, with no help from them. Their standard line is, 'We can't force anyone to do anything.'
        This is crazy!
        My Mother has had 2 falls recently, she is 92. I bought the ADT medical alert for her 2 Times and her husband sent them back!!! Because he has to be in control!
        He gets up in screams in her face too. Treats her like a child. If that's not neglect of her safety, and verbal abuse, I don't know what is.
