        P & R is very professional with sensitivity towards the concerns the customer is facing. Quick to arrive and thorough to address the problem and check other areas that may be or may become an issue.

        They were polite even when we mentioned a last-minute repair and patient and knowledgeable when explaining where the problems originated from.

        This is an honest and capable business. They'll be our first call if any more issues arise and well be happy to recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

        Very professional and punctual. Very thorough in delivering what they said they would do. Best of all I have the best looking roof in my neighborhood! Came and met with the adjusters and did everything to make this so easy as a homeowner.
