Let me just start out by saying I have been in the service industry for 10 years and have never worked at a better restaurant. All of the guys and girls I work with are so helpful and amazing and that helps alot. Our managers and awesome and cooks go out of their way to make sure you get the best and right food. I would do anything I could to keep my job there and hope to be with them for a VERY long time. Make sure to come see us and get the best service and food in McDonough!! God bless!
My girls and I enjoyed ourselves! Service was great and so was the food! This was Our first visit there as a family.
Good service, as you can tell because if you go during peak times you may have to wait a bit, but it's worth it.

Provided by SuperpagesLonghorns in McDonough, GeorgiaI asked the on duty manager before i order if he could make sure i got a nice steak and to make sure my steak was cooked / fixed correctly. The managers can't even makes sure your meal is fixed right. The staff lost my credit card, and gave me someone else's credit card. It's a good thing I am not a thief.My steak came out burn and the manager told me he was sorry that the steak I got served was way below standard he could not understand how I even received it. I was over charged for my sons meal. The staff and management staff do not care about if you get your meal right. Then when you tell them about your meal being wrong they try making you feel bad for bring the issues to there attention.

Provided by Superpages4pm, I walk into the McDonough Longhorns to put my party of 15 on their "Call Ahead List". 40 mins later, my party starts to show up. They had just sat a party of 11 so we had to wait, they can only accommodate one big party at a time. By 6:30, 2 ppl in my party had to leave, so I'm down to 11 and a highchair. The baby is tired, hungry and crying, we are still waiting on a table. The manager kept sending the hostess to talk to us instead of speaking to me directly. So it's now 6:50, we are seated. To top off the experience, the waitress lost my debit card (which was later found). Longhorns did give us 3 free appetizers but that doesn't give me back 4 hours of my life and a movie we had to miss.
This is def. the best Long horn steakhouse I've ever eaten in. The reason I give four stars is you have about a 70% chance of getting the steak cooked to the tempature you want.
