We had a wonderful experience buying two recliners. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our sales associate, Keasley was very thoughtful and helped us without getting in our way or putting pressure on us. The purchase process was simple and efficient. I look forward to a smooth delivey of our new furniture. I would definitely return to the store to make additional purchases.

Valerie was great no issue buy from her ONLY IF your taking item home that day! We made the purchase beging of Jan. Delivery was to be by the last week of January then I had to call to see WHAT'S going on and told by warehouse oh it will be Feb. We will call you the day prior and on delivery day. Later get a call saying we will be there on the 4th between 10 & 4. Its 3:22 haven't heard a WORD so I call the girl ask me to hold on, comes back on the line saying oh they had a problem with there pads! (What ever that means.)....they are at such and such at this time your delivery is next. Why did I have to do ALL the CALLING and why don't they REALLY care about customers??? Oh I know they already got there money so customer can WAIT ON THEM. discusted angry WILL NOT GO BACK EVER!!!! We would have CANCELLED BUT THEY SAID NO RETURNS ONCE YOU BUY TELLING US IT WOULD BE JAN. DELIVERY DUE TO ONE PIECE OF THE UNIT THEY NEEDED. Here it is February 4, 3:25 pm
