All I can say is WOW. I wish I would have gone to this place first. I went to the Mall and had them change the glass on my iPhone 6 Plus. They practically destroyed my phone. There was scratches and marks under the glass and the glass was lifting off the phone. I then took it to AT&T out of desperation to find out what else I could do. They referred me to The iPhone Clinic. From the minute I walked into the store I realized that I was in good hands. The saleslady in the front was very informative, and set me at ease. They fixed my phone in less than a half and hour. I was sooo impressed. I am so happy. Before you make a mistake like I did, at least drop by and talk to these guys. You wont be dissapointed. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE! Not only did they keep my phone for 2 days, they kept giving me anwers like, "we are trying other things, call back later." Finally, they suggested a refurbished phone because they could not fix mine - I was then told again, to call back later after they had time to "look through the phones" for a "suitable one." After another day went by, i called back, only to hear - "Sorry, the manager is busy" and "we were unable to find a good phone." So, I took my phone and left. The same day, i went to Smartphone Medic & had my phone fixed in less than an hr! Here's the kicker! They had returned my phone with an "ipod" home button! Never again!!

Missing Parts?

I took my iPad 4 in to see if they could fix it.

We went back and were told that they could not fix it - gave them the $25.00 and left. So I called Apple and they tried to walk me thru the steps to get it up and running - 1 hour later they decided that it was toast and we talked about a replacement. Same model refurb 299.00 + tax. So I sent it off to Apple and found out that my device was damaged. Not only was the screen split - the camera was not lined up either - The offer of the 299.00 was yanked of the table. Here's the kicker - there parts missing... that's right MISSING PARTS!!!

The Guy at Apple sent me Pictures -

I will be going to the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General.. Yes I got pictures.

Left my phone there for almost a week every time I called they would say the same thing that it wasn't working .... I know that Thats the whole reason it's there after all that time they gave me my phone back charged me a fifteen dollar service fee and never fixed anything to top it off the serial code the guy said I have is not even right super frustrating I felt like they just had to much work and not enough time for my phone! Worst ever!!
