Great service and great prices. Traded in wifes van for a 2016 Dodge Journey. No money down, they got me approved, new building looks amazing. Huge customer lounge and 5 big screen tvs for service and finance customers to watch if they have to wait. an entire room just for kids next to huge aviary filled with live birds flying around. The entire process was smooth from start to end. highly recommend

I got ripped of the $100 referral after I advised the sales man Vince De La Garza that a friend had referred me and he agreed and after I purchased the vehicle I advised him again about the referral he stated within a week everything should be ok. I advised my friend. However a week passed by and the manager advised me that the $100 referral would not be granted. I was so disappointed and I just gave $100 from my own money to my friend. I will never go back to that dealership. waiting for letter from the dealership to express my concern. Will not referral any one there.

I made a call and spoke to a Rudy Garza "missing a tooth" claimed to be a manager who told me I would get $100 for sending in a customer to Burns Motors. Good deal at most dealerships. I send in my customer to buy a vehicle and he makes the sales with another sales person. Long story short the "Manager" Rudy Garza dark guy with missing tooth split my customer referral of $100 with another sales guy. Don't go there ever. When I went to talk to them about it they were very rude and obnoxious. They told me, what are u doing here we ain't giving you anything After I did the favor of referring a customer to there company. Don't buy cars from them either. They will rip you off any way they can. They ripped off my $100 referral for my customer.
