we are 1st time customers of Mr Jim Wood but now lifetime customers!! we called on Sunday afternoon - he called us back in less than 5 minutes and was there within the hour to repair the issue with our air conditioner - it was 112 outside and we have 2 kids so the fact he made us a priority is awesome!! He was on his way to a service call when we phoned and he came straight over after he was finished :) thank you so much Jim Wood!!
