        Worst appraisal results I have ever seen. 1st. Appointment never showed up. 2nd appointment showed up late took 10 min. Of pictures could wait to leave. Very unprofessional junky car. Results screwed our contract. Measurements of building are incorrect. Estimated cost for unfinished areas are incorrect. Materials are incorrect. Values are incorrect. This is a request for a fair appraisal.

        In the end we had to get another appraisal to move forward. Will never use again. A complete screw job.
