CEO Raven Magwood is only 14 years old; however, she has a vision of helping our youth reach new heights, and she is working hard to achieve it. At such a young age, Magwood is already a powerful motivational speaker and author of two books. Her first book, written at only 11 years old, is a motivational autobiography, and is entitled "On to Victory! The Winning Edge." Her second novel, "Double-Sided," written at age 13 is a fictional account that urges people of all ages to follow their heart, never give up, and come together regardless of background. With her success in the classroom, from skipping two grades to having a perfect GPA, and her success in athletics, from being a national gymnastics champion to state track and field champion, Raven Magwood is on her way to achieving success and is willing to help others do the same.
