Don't use this business. They sold an item of mine that was NEVER posted to the auction web-site, but was dropped off early that week so there was plenty of time. Then, to make it worse. They sold the item for less than you would get for taking it to the metal scrapyard. They're was no need for that cause the item was only used 3 times. In my honest opinion this place is just a way to legally pick through all the items that come through. Take what they want. Then you'll find it on craigslist for the price it should have gone for. You'll just get cheated. Don't waste your time try craigslist yourself or another auction house. If all else fails. Have a yard sale. Use this place as the absolute last resort.
