        Overall

        I wouldn't use these people if your time is valuable! I set an appointment to have them come out. I had a scheduled time two hours before their appt they called and need to re-schedule. I said I took the time off work and they need to send someone? They told me they couldn't that their technicians were already going in different directions. I wouldn't recommend them because they have no consideration for other peoples schedule.

        Overall

        LG referred us to Real Time Appliance Repairs to replace our stove top and they were very quick and professional. Our repair was completed in a timely fashion from start to finish. I would definitely use this company again for any future repairs, and am happy to highly recommend them.

        Very fast and professional!! Same day service (tech was ON TIME) and fixed my dryer that day!!! I will never call anyone else for any of our future appliance repairs!!! Thank you Real Time!!
