Bristol & Bragg Jewelers

I went to Bristol and Bragg in maryville to get a prong on a ring fixed and was told that because it was an emerald it was much more complicated than a diamond and that It would cost 253 dollars! I went to another jewelry store in town and was told it was a quick fix and it would be 30$! My family and I have bought several pieces from them in the past and we will never been back. There were even several other staff members around and they never said a word.
