TLC Dental Center

This place is terrible! The Dentist is the secretary, the billing person, and insurance person. My son came in with an abcess. He had xrays done less than 2 months ago.

he told the dentist 3 times that he had them done at 2 other locations Never did the dentist tell him to bring them or anything. He went in had his exam and the Dentist that does not understand things well said he needed them done again. So he had film and exam (that they did nothing at all) anf the bill was $210.00. Seriously? And to top it off he would not let my son leave without paying $95.00 that was never told in advance. My son called and i paid the $95, but when i saw the bill and was angry about the xrays i called TLC. The dentist never really gave me an answer why he did more xrays. The xrays alone were $130.00. This place is so bad go somewhere else these prices are way higher than Cromwell or All smiles!

I am VERY dispointed with this TLC... I went there my first visit and was happy with my results, The Dentist quoted me 500.00 to get 5 cavities fixed. I t hought that was a good price cause I was on very limited income, AFTER the work was done and my mouth was numb he told me it was goign to be 895.00 I was shocked and said that is not what you told me. well after being very dispointed with him he asked me how much I had on my Tasc card, I told him that is none of his business, I was VERY offended when he asked me how much I had on card and then he decided he would come down 200.00 off... I paid him and left I will NEVER go back and my husband wont ither. so my suggestion to you would be HAVE HIM TO PUT THE $$$ AMOUNT ON A BUSINESS CARD AND HAVE HIM SIGN IT.... other than that Find someone else.
