New Nails

This place used to be my favorite. The techs do a great job and are attentive. The last couple of months have become a chronic problem. Seems there is a staffing problem and only one tech working. Common one person on a Sat? The last straw was today when I had an appointment and yet again one tech. Said it was a long wait and I told her that I had an appointment. Said she was only one. Sorry but my time is valuable too. Sadly will not be back until they get their act together if they don't close.

I wanted to give them an extra review because they deserve it. I walked in and they were busy! This place is popular.
I got acrylic nails done for the very first time and they are beautiful. Again, the ladies there are super sweet and do a really good job. I still highly recommend!

Me an my daughter went there, they was so friendly and talked to you. Took there time, didnt rush. My nails look awesome. Deff give the 5 stars

I got a pedicure here today. My massage chair didn't work, I got cut on my foot, and I had to constantly listen to the owner bossing the other person around. I understand this place has only been open for a month, but there were zero decorations and were badly understaffed. And don't ask about the wifi password... They don't know it and get mad when you enter it wrong. At least the nail polish colors had funny names.
