I had an appointment for 11 a.m. I was there for 20 minutes before being told it would be another 20 minutes before I could be seen I asked if there was another insurance they could recommend me too since they were busy and today was the last day I could do this application for insurance they said that Brian was the only one around town that was set up with Covered California and they would give me a call. So I found another place in yuba city on Starr that helped me and had me out the door before Brian from Galligan ever called me back. After wasting a drive to Marysville and a good portion of my morning I would recommend David Ernstam
