Gold's Gym

Very bad experience with golds gym Dorsett road Maryland heights. Without any reason they charged my credit for more than $150 including the monthly payment. Even if you cancel the membership on time , they charge for next 2 month payment. More than this these Billings are handled by managers. They usually won’t present at the gym to solve any issues. I am trying to meet him on anytime. But he is not available to solve my issue. I don’t know, where I can file a complaint against this.

Great gym! Been going here for a few years now and my only complaint is not having a pool (but Manchester Gold's does). It has a good setup and is very clean. The employees are friendly. I go to Maryland Heights on weekdays and the Manchester gym (for the pool) on weekends.
