Horrible customer service. Very Rude and Unprofessional. Would not even discuss prices or anything because I don't use enough gas for them to service me and he know this because I have gas logs and gas logs will not use enough through out year. Wouldn't even discuss. What is the point of gas logs (fireplace) being built in house or free standing if you can't get someone to service it with gas. I was told they were family owned and the best customer service. That was not my experience.
