Buttonwood Place Apts

This place was horrible!

First when we moved in the landlord was completly rude but unfortunately we had to have a place to live.

Well we lived there for maybe a few weeks and there was people parked in front of the building for somebody else that lived in the apartment well the landlord came up and yelled at us and told us we need to tell our company to move because everyone else at the apartment knows the rules well it wasn't our company. Then the landlord told us we could park in a certain spot and a week later we got harrassed by him because we was parking there. Also we noticed that there was BLACK MOLD where the water heater and air conditioner was and we told the landlord and they did nothing about it just said clean it up with bleach. After that the apartment above us toilet leaked and put a hole in our ceiling with there nasty toilet water leaking down. We told the landlord and they didn't do anything about that either. Also the outside of the apartment is growing green moss on the outside, its infested with spiders and mice, the mold is horrible, and the carpet has been the same since they first built that place. It stunk so bad when we moved in. The place is just nasty and horrible and unsanitary. We had a neighbor complain and said we had a dog there and we didn't. Our landlord came up and started raising he** so we let them come in and check it out and of course there was no dog there. So bottomline is I wouldn't recommend this place for ANYONE to live especially if you don't like nosy people and landlords who say your doing something wrong everytime you turn around.

I lived there when they were new and loved the place. It's been kept up quite well over 30 years.
