Wonderful care. My dog loves going there

Would NEVER take my dog back there. They cut her nose really bad, she shook really bad and would hardly let anyone close to her for awhile. You are a pathetic excuse for a groomer and it seems funny that all of a sudden you have rave reviews after the truth has come out about your business on Facebook. I wouldn't want or allow you to groom a dead animal and it's been a good two years since you hurt my baby.

I had the best time there it was so amazing how they treated my dogs and I love the people what makes it better is that all there stuff is animal safe and had been tested for dog safety I love it there and I would give them 1000000 5 stars thanks guys :)

They love my dogs, and treat them like their own!

I have been taking my dog to Happy Tails since they opened. During each visit my dog is treated with care and he always looks and smells wonderful after his grooming. The staff is always curtious and professional. Love this place and would recommend it to all.

I love Happy Tails. They are kind to my dog, and I know what to expect when I go there. They do a good job and the groomer takes her time with my dog. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My two cocker spaniels were taken to Happy Tails on July 25, 2015 and they haven't been the same since. My oldest ended up with razor burn on both of his ears which became infected causing a fever and a trip to the vet. He had a fever of 103.6 and burns on both his ears. He had to get two shots and came home with antibiotics, sedatives, and cream for the burns. He has been hiding, jumping gates, not eating....traumatized! The younger male is just traumatized. They are a mess. There isn't words to explain what we've been going through the last few days. I took all the info from the vet and the meds into Happy Tails and they refused to take any responsibility for what they did to my dogs. They said my dogs were gross. If they were so gross then why did they agree to grooming them without a consent form signed? These two dogs are inside all the time and spoiled rotten. This place needs to be shut down. I will never go back to happy tails. The place was dirty, and the dryer was insanely loud. I asked that my dog not be kenneled. They put him on a leash with a hook that was on the wall. The leash was too short and my dog was being choked. He was trying to stand on his hind legs to breath and they said he was just being a whiner. I should have taken him home right then. I sat in the chair to wait to see what all happened while I was there. They had a dog in the tub the phone rang and they sprayed the dog in the face with the hose through out the duration of the phone call. The dog was coughing and sputtering they said it was so he wouldn't jump out. The poor dog. Then they got my dog I'm the tub and sprayed his face I had my limit. I took my dog out he was soaking wet shaking and they said he was just being a baby. No they just don't know how to handle dogs. Never again. Will I subject a dog to their tournament.
