Needed supplies for a project went in sales person brought me right to what I needed. In and out quick

I went to this store after seeing online that Ben Franklin carried latch hook kits and I was very disappointed that this store did not. I was hoping to give Michael's some healthy competition. I went into the store and nobody working there asked me if there was anything they could help me with. None of them approached me while I was in the store searching. I searched the entire place. Needless to say I will continue to shop at Michael's for the things that I like to do. I hope this is a wake-up call to Ben Franklin. If you want to make more money in the business world then start bringing in new things for people to do.
