DO NOT Bank here!! We have had nothing but trouble. The clerks continuously do not give you your change when you make a loan payment of either branch at the drive throughs. They tell you that most of their customers pay more than the loan payment amount. So if you bank there they feel it is there desiction how much you pay on your loan payment every month. Which is a huge hassle. If you ask for a manager they say, "are you serious" or "they are all at lunch" They even sais they would write a note on our account that we wish to pay the loan amount due monthly, but to avail they either don't read their own note or they read it and do the transaction wrong anyway and do not give you your changs. They walk away from the window so you can't say anything. And they have used their reason for doing this because our car window was up but they always manage to tell us to sign the payment receipt and send it back in the tube. Month after month this happens. You could just have the exact change when you to to make a payment, but what a pain since they are a BANK. I'm starting to wonder is this is my loan or the clerks loan. We even switched locations from North to the South location to pay it but even with the note on the account they still do the transaction wrong. I guess they are to busy to read there own note. But why should they need a note anyway no bank I have ever banked at has had this problem like they do, and I am 51 years old. I do no recommend this bank at either Branch location. Just wish someone else would have wrote a review before I chose them 8 months ago. I would not have banked there. The clerks sigh and act as if it is a choar that they have to redue the transaction they did withoutour my permission. Maybe if I put thire names on the loan they would be satisfied so then they could deside how much over the loan payment amount is paid then they wouldn't have to be to busy to ask me how much or have to redue their trancaction. Overall I would say they are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. Never had this kind of banking experience until I banked here. NOT RECOMMENDED!
