        there nice & friendly when you go in you rent your stuff get a good deal but what they don't tell you is they will come to your house day it's due & charge you 5 dollars every time they come out so your 50 dollar payment turns into 60 quick they could come out every day of the week & charge & you can't do nothing about it then if you only pay your weekly payment & not all the drop by your house payment they will threaten to pick up your stuff even though you paid it for the week I'm outraged over this then when you try to complain there no place to complain online to someone other that the 1s in the office beware good deals end up higher in long run

        I have had nothing but outstanding service with all of the employees there. I was late on a payment and after calling and telling them I would be late they understood and were willing to work with me. I would recommend prime time to anyone looking to rent-to-own.

        Prime time rentals is got no customer service skills at all. They was very rude towards my disabled mother who just recently had knee surgery she had fallen behind on her payment by 2 wks and had filed a police report due to things out of her control she had to move the merchandise upon finding out the merchandise had been moved they threatened her to put her in jail ( this is a woman who can not even walk) and offered to make right on the payments when she got her disability check . The manager was very rude to her ! and if anything deserves a valid reason to be late I think this qualifies. Id wash my clothes in a ditch before I ever rented anything from them I recommend RENT ONE!
