Stewart Facility Solutions Inc. is a family owned and operated Women's Own Small Business. We are a Facility Solutions Firm that specializes in all aspects of Floor Care and Maintenance Services. We currently service clients throughout the State of Georgia. After being in the Facilities Service field for over 18 years we've noticed the lack of Individualism when it came to how clients were treated and the practice of overpromising and under producing. We subcontracted work from quite a few National Companies during that time and noticed that when some National Companies negotiated contracts they were not realistic in the cost to perform the service because they lack the needed experience. With all that we learned over the last 18 years, we decided to form a Facility Solutions Firm that truly understands what it takes to exceed the Client's expectations. Clients are like finger prints no two are alike, this is why we create customized programs for all of our clients in order to fully meet and exceed their expectations. Each Client Line has an assigned Account Manager as the point of contact to handle any request or questions that may arise. Although we utilize our in-house Technicians, we also use highly qualified Vendor Partners to perform a few of our services. All of our Vendor Partners has to meet our high standards and are supervised by our Regional Managers and Field Supervisors. To adhere to our QA procedures we have several layers of inspections and reporting.
