Jumble Jumps

I took my son to Jumble Jumps to play because I saw online that you could get 10 visits for $15, and my son is only 18 months old so I thought that would be a better value as he doesn't have the stamina to play for hours at a time. The general concept was good, however when I got there, the lady told me that was only if you had a groupon and I would have to pay $25. It ended up being way over-priced for the value for these reasons:

(1) on my first visit, I noticed that there are only a couple of bouncy structures, and there is no effort made to block off access to where they plug into the wall, so kids can get behind them and mess with the plugs; there were portions of the room that were not carpeted; there were no doors on the bathrooms, so you had to make sure your child didn't run or crawl into the bathroom (which for me meant having to go into the bathroom in my socks because you are not supposed to have shoes on); and the bathroom was dirty.

(2) I went back for a second visit, thinking that they must have been still working on the place since they had just opened up. To my dismay, there were still uncarpeted areas with just tarps down, and the above safety issues I mentioned. In addition to that, even though I had paid $25 in advance for 10 visits, the owner or manager lady confronted us as soon as we walked in the door and told us that she had a private party coming and we would have to leave in an hour. The people that were there setting up for the party were obviously irritated that we were there playing, which I think is bad business since we pre-paid and it was apparent that the people running the place "double-booked" by not having set times for parties before they sold passes in advance.

I ultimately did not take my son back because of the safety and cleanliness issues.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I like the idea of the little play toys they have that is perfect for younger siblings that can't quite bounce yet. The TV is a nice touch as well. The problem? It was dirty. I saw several dead roaches (which is typical in the South, I know). However, they should be swept up so little ones don't pick them up. In addition, I found a dirty bandaid on the slide, hair clips with hair still in them, crumbs, dirt, etc on all three inflatables. And yes, only three inflatables. For seven dollars another bouncy thing or two would be nice. This place has the right idea if they can just keep it clean and use sanitizer on everything. I really had to scrub my girls hands and faces when we got home to try and kill any germs they picked up from there.

I recently had a birthday party at Jumble Jumps for my daughter and the the whole family and all of her friends had a great time. The party priceing was reasonable and u get a lot for your money. I only paid $150.00 for 15 kids and I got so much stuff!! It was great I definitely recommend this place!

Visited Jumble Jumps this past weekend and the kid's had a blast. This is our 4th visit and they never want to leave like they do some of the other places where there are much bigger kids playing. Love it! Safe and fun for the kid's and our entire family.
