Have been with them for about 10 years now and never had any problems. Moved 3 times during that time and switching over the service was always easy and arranged with one call. Sorry to see you guys are leaving the residential gas business and will focus only on commercial from now on!

I am the customer of Fire Side Natural Gas for 2 or more years and for this year I looked out the statement and noticed contract price was ended and called them and inquired why I didn't receive the notice for contract ending. Customer Service Representative told me that they sent the notice. I get all my monthly statements by email except the contract end notice.
I strongly believe that they want to make more money by charging more price per therm to all their customer.
Please pay attention for the contract end date.

Fireside does OK, unless you ever actually have to contact them for anything. They make some of the dumbest aggravating mistakes imaginable that could be prevented with the tiniest smidgeon of forethought and competence. The last time it was locking in a 12 month rate. Jeesh! They required some obscure information only available on a current statement, which I typically don't put in a scrapbook to keep forever. When I first signed up with them they were great, but have gone down the toilet in a hurry and have been happy to work hard to stay there. They have a stink of disinterest in their customers, reaching all the way to their President, Mike Davis. This will be our last year with them - time to move on to another company. I cannot conceive of anyone else being worse.

These are pathetic and rude customer care guys.
They don't even care about customer, always try to pretend that the are reviewing the previous conversation and waste lot of time.
I have asked to disconnect the service on 4/2/15, they said they can't do it on 4/2/15 and scheduled disconnect of service 4/6/15, they charged customer service fee for the time they couldn't disconnect the service.
Even speaking to the manager won't help, she thinks she is owner of the organization, bluntly denies whatever we ask them.
THIS IS A PATHETIC GAS SERVICE PROVIDER stay away from them.

Rude customer service...threatening letters. Easy to turn on...not so easy to turn off. On a 6 month plan...6 months on/6 months off. Made to feel as if I am doing something wrong to turn off. Really? Life is too short. Finding another supplier in 6 months.
