Wow...I really wish I would have looked at Facebook reviews before buying this groupon...It would have save me a lot of trouble. I tried unsuccessfully to get a reasonable appointment date, but was told I would have to wait two months because I was using a groupon... He said I could be seen in a few days if I pay almost full price and nowhere on his disclaimer does he state this...What kind of legitimate, ethical business owner treats it's customers differently?? I'd rather pay full price and give my money to a legit business owner. Please support a reputable business and go some place else...

Bought a Living Social deal because I thought it was a good deal and I would get my windows done in a timely manner but when I called for an app I was asked if I had a deal or was I a "regular client". I was then told by Wesley that there are no openings till May 12th (it's April 9th now). I called back later and asked about appts again but said I was a regular client. He then says there is an opening NEXT WEEK. I asked him about the lengthy time difference and he (Welsey) proceeds to tell me it's his business and "regular client money is definitely better than deal money cause it's more". Had I known this I would not have bought the deal cause nowhere on it does it say 6 week wait time to use it. He gives deal sites a bad name and I feel like he used it to get my money. No matter how good of a job he does his customer service and practices suck.
