First-time car buyer. Very little credit history. And these guys STILL hooked me up with a great deal!

From the test drive to the financing to the paperwork, this was a seamless and easy process. I was kind of amazed. Eventually, I had some money saved up so I went in for my second purchase and it was just as easy. With proper maintenance, both cars run like a charm.

I am not one to down a company, but I feel it is important to share this so no one else has to go through what we went through. June 30th we drove to Atlanta to look at a van we found from Alliance Auto Group. The manager, Dan, was there to help us. We test drove the vehicle and were very pleased with what we had found. We decided to purchase the vehicle if he agreed to repair the broken door actuator and a rattling heat shield. He agreed and we put down a deposit. He said it would be ready in about a week. A week went by and we didn't hear a single word. We sent him a text and he said that the part was not in and had been delayed because of the Holiday. Tuesday we followed up again, after no contact, and we were told that the part was in, but it would be atleast Thursday before it would be ready. Thursday passed and still not a single word from Dan. We called again and was told that it still was not ready. When we asked what the hold up was he said that he was using a mechanic that did this in his spare time to save money. He again promised that it would be ready on Saturday. Saturday rolled around and not a single word. Justin text him and again asked if it would be ready, and he simply replied "not today." He then cut off all communication, refusing to answer a text or call. Today we finally got in touch with him and asked for our deposit back due to lack of communication and him not having any indication of when it would be ready. He said that he would only give us half. As per our written agreement, he would not give the deposit back once the repairs were finished. They clearly were not.Justin told him that he was breaking the agreement and would get a lawyer involved if need be. He told us, he could care less.He had plenty of money with or without us and to have our lawyer to contact his.Now he has cut all contact and refuses to give any of our money back.We feel that we were treated very unfairly and would strongly discourage anyone from using this company.
