I deeply regret having gone with Castle Rock for our new home construction. The house has sat for months with little to no work done, while they push out other properties that started construction months behind ours. They are about as close to unresponsive as you can get, and always give you the same line of they'll get right on correcting the issues.

The turn-over there is really something! We have gone through 4-5 construction managers, which is the most common excuse they like to use. Interestingly this does not seem to prevent them from working on other properties...

We also deeply appreciate the fact that they continually leave the windows wide open so the pouring rain can get all over the flooring and drywall. There are puddles of water where every room upstairs has been left wet for at least 3 days now. This of course after we have been promised that this would stop.

We have seen more evidence of their workers food trash, empty beer cans and cigarette butts all over the interior of the home than of actual work getting done.

Unless you have a high threshold for tolerating nonsense like this, I would suggest you consider another builder.
