SCAM ROB!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR $$$

On 04/12/14 I purchased a set of wheels and tires from los amigos tires 123 S. main st. Manteca, ca For $2,650.00. $2,500.00 was financed and the $150.00 was cash. The wheels I selected as my first choice were a special edition series with a green monster logo on the center cap. I was told it would take one week to get them in. when they arrived they came with the Stock center cap.they installed the wheels and I was told 2 weeks for the correct center cap to come in. This went on for 12 months.

Every time I went in they took my information and told me two weeks to get the center caps in.

the salesman that sold me the tire package has since disappeared. i have never seen him since.

I have been working with Johnny who seemed to make an effort to try to get the correct center caps. I used their finance company(progressive) to finance the tire package. I have called them a few times explaining the situation And they have noted in my account that I have not received what I have paid for. They called the tire shop twice Inquiring as to when I would receive the correct center caps. Again they were told two weeks.



In addition to not receiving what I had ordered they sold me tires that cannot support the weight of my diesel truck. I did not select the tire brand, los amigos did. I have gone thru 6 new tires in 12 months. The tires shop has used several excuses as to why the tires have failed including; Bad ball joints(Rear tires split, there are no ball joints on rear axle), over inflated tires(which they inflated) bad alignment(which I paid them to align)

Johnny has swapped out the tires each time with new ones, only for them to fail after month or two.



I have spoke with the finance company and they agreed to give me a full refund once I return all the product to the tire shop. I returned everything to los amigos on 02/21/15. Los amigos now has to refund the finance company the $2,500 but they been giving me excuses that they are having the tire rep inspect the tires. Faulty tires is not my problem. I have given los amigos over 18 months and they will not return my calls. Johnny is a liar, he will lie straight to your face. i am not in the process of filing a lawsuit. my attorney is willing to take the case for free since Los Amigos will have to pay for his attorney fees as part of the claim. simple case of theft. you can't sell someone one thing, take their money and give them something else.

This place is GREAT! Tires were mounted and balanced quickly. Professional and friendly service. Great price for mounting and balancing tires. In and out in less than 45 min for four tires.
