I've purchased several appliance parts through these folks and they've been super helpful in finding the parts I needed at a reasonable price.



The one time they couldn't find a part that I needed (come to find out, it had been discontinued), they directed me to another company with the experience to help me find a suitable substitute that could be modified to work.



I recently purchased a reconditioned appliance for my mother. They made sure what I was buying was what she needed and even worked with me on the price.



I would recommend Mansfield Appliance to anyone needing their services.

This is a well run and very helpful store. The people that work here were helpful and great to do business with.

This company promises to sell a good used appliance. I bought a used Maytag that they warranted for a year with all parts and labor covered the first 90 days. After that they promised that I would only pay for parts.



What I got was a washing machine that leaked all over the floor seeping under the flooring and the base trim within the first hour after delivery. When I called them back, they sent the delivery man who claimed it was my clogged plumbing that caused the water to back up and pool on the floor. When I persisted that the only wet spot was at the front of the machince...they refused to help.





I called the office back to see what I could do. After waiting two weeks when the owners returned from a holiday cruise, the owner and chief repairman came to my house, checked the machine and found that he failed to properly install a gasket which is where it was leaking. He apologized, admitted his mistake.



Four months later, it is leaking again. He returned, stayed five minutes, told me it was my clogged drain line, told me that "you can't tell some people anything." I commented that he should not be disrespectful in my house to me and it was then that he threw up his hands and stated that he better leave before he he lost control. His tool box was closed and the front of the machin back on in seconds, and he left my house without resolving the problem.



Caution to anyone who deals with this bunch.
