Car Care Center of Mansfield

I towed my car in for repairs on a saturday, as my gas pedal was sticking in and my car would not decellerate. I dropped the car off in their lot and waited for their call on Monday. The first thing they told me when they called me about the car is that the throttle cable was broken, and that because Ford no longer makes the part they could not help me. The second thing is that my car will be towed in 2 days if I leave it in their lot, city ordinence. So instead of them doing their jobs and calling up junkyards, I took a day off of work to go from junkyard to junkyard to get the parts that I needed for the car. I had to order another part, one that Ford still makes. They could have easily done this themselves, but instead they send me out to do it AND they refused to put the car into their repair yard/garage to keep me from getting told. They pretty much just gave off a "I dont care" attitude, and expressed no interest in helping me. It would seem that they did this because they would not have made much money from me. In all my years of driving I've never recieved this kind of service from any kind of repair shop. They were complete jerks and unprofessional in their tone and manner and I will gladly tell everyone I can to stay away from them.
