As always, my experience was a very satisfactory one. They brought me home and brought the car to me when finished. All the workers are so friendly and recognize you and speak when they see you at other places. I depend on them to keep me "rolling"

My experience purchasing a new vehicle went rather smoothly. They found the car I was looking for and had it delivered. On the day I picked it up the new car had a couple of scrathes. It took them five days to repair the one inch scratch with a touch up kit. My three year old son could have done a better job. My next visit was for an oil change which you must have an appoitment for which I did not know. I made my appoitment and took it in the following week where I wasted an entire afternoon. After three hours and fifteen minutes my oil was changed..... My last visit we were going to trade my husbands truck but we were unable to do business. The new truck was going to cost 8,000 more than any other dealer was able to sell it for. Young Mr Prothro informed me that he was giving us more than our truck was worth but the final price for the same truck was a lot higher here. He was very irrogant and full of his self so we will never visit this dealer again for any reason. Also, the scratch they touched up on our 2014 Tahoe is back where the touch up has wore off.

They were definitely one of the higher end dealerships I've been to. Very professional staff. Funny too. One of the salesmen almost had me rolling on the floor.
