My mother has been taking her vehicle to this place for a few years.
These people are SCAM ARTISTS. Had the Timing belt changed on her vehicle just to be safe because the mileage was about right for it to be changed and the NEW Belt broke because they forgot to tighten a bolt and then charged her to do it again. Now we just realized that they have gutted the rear Emergency Brake Shoes and parts in the rear and Cut the Cables and left them on.This was after they just did a COMPETE Front and Rear Brake job and a few other minor things for $1200. It has Disc brakes in the rear and the E Brake Shoes are inside of a drum on the rotors so unless you took it apart you could not see that they were gutted which we did because the brakes were squeaking so we had to look and see what was causing this. Now mind you they have been Inspecting her car and passing it after they did this! She has spent over $4k servicing her car here. NEVER again. My brother and I are Mechanics but are busy and she didn't want to bother us so she found what she thought was a reputable repair shop, NOT. We warned her about these types of businesses. We will be performing her service from now on. I suggested taking the car back and having them Inspect it again before we replaced the E brake and then calling them out on it but she won't do it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!

This shop is not a 'custom' shop. I stopped by to ask about a custom exhaust. I was given an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and they put my truck on the lift to take a look. The technician knew what I was asking for and seemed competent. The 'owner' then told me he wasn't comfortable installing my exhaust system. I'm not sure what he meant and I was not given a real reason why, other than 'it's November'.

I was treated like an idiot and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
