Standard Plumbing is my go to for plumbing and heating. They are excellent and very considerate. My aging parents had their air conditioning go out in the heat of the summer and they couldn't find anyone to come out and fix it. I called Standard Plumbing and they had someone out there that day! They hire the very best! I've never had a bad technician.

We have used Standard Plumbing for about five years for Fall/Spring furnace/air conditioner maintenance. Their yearly contract is reasonably priced and Richard (dispatcher), Dave and Sara are a dream to work with; pleasant and interested in providing excellent service. Our A/C unit must be recharged each season due to a leak in the line (apparently there since the unit was new - installed by another local company). Now that we are close to replacing the unit, we will certainly consider them first when collecting bids.

I've called on Standard Plumbing for about 10 years now, and have on each occasion found their work and service to be quite satisfactory. They are not the cheapest in town, but I have been happy with their work. I have used them for furnace repair, AC installation, chimney repair and furnace maintenance on a couple older homes.

Used Standard to put in a new Central Heat and Air system. Ruined the ceiling by over cutting the vents, left the paper in the vents so there was no airflow, wanted cash ASAP, did not go over how to use the new system and when called to do so wanted $90- for the trip. The worst part of it all was they didnt cap off the old heater so we lost over $3000 in propane bills because of it! When told them about our problems they said "ok". Terrible customer service, person (owner) who i spoke with is very rude, would NEVER use them again and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
