The Hungry Heart is all about feeling good about yourself and finding your self esteem --- the losing weight for me is a bonus. They showed me how to eat and how to Love myself again!

I have tried many weight loss programs and plans but nothing worked like the help I received from Aimee at the Hungry Heart. I remember being apprehensive about being able to trust someone with caring for my subconscious mind but that was all put to rest after my first session.

I have found a way to enjoy and love my life and myself. Food is no longer and enemy.

Its about feeling good. If anyone is using food for other than fueling their body, I believe there are emotional issues attached to it. I want you to know that I weighed myself this morning - I have lost 15 pounds since starting the program! Im so excited about my progress.
