Hirsch Florist

Do not use this florist if you are ordering out of state. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my grandmothers grave as a gift for my mom on Mother's Day as we live in Florida and don't get to visit her grave often. They said they were able to take a photo of the flowers next to the grave and send it to me and never did. I called and they stated their driver didn't read the note and they have no photo. They provided no apologies and said they would refund me a measly $5.... Paid $60 for the delivery with nothing to show for it.

When ordering flowers to the ND area I go with Hirsch Floral. Flowers are beautiful. I would recommend them!

This review pertains to an incident last November and I have let it go till now. I ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered at her place of business. I ordered through FTD who used Hirsch to fulfill the order. The flowers arrived late and damaged. When asked for fresh flowers the driver responded with a wry sarcastic remark about all the money they had spent already on her order. The replacement flowers which came were just the previous bouquet with all the damaged parts trimmed off, with some filler added to make it acceptable. Poor service. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I will not use Hirsch, nor will I use FTD anymore and recommend everyone look elsewhere. There are plenty of other good florists in Bismarck Mandan or online.

The flowers were nice, but I won't be back. The delivery driver showed up at my wife's office at noon, saw that the office was closed, and then took the flowers back to the store. Since they didn't get any kind of contact info, there the flowers sat. No plans to try again later in the day. It wasn't until I started making calls that anything happened. First I was told not to worry, that the drivers were still out. Ten minutes later, I got a call saying the flowers were back at the store. When I asked what would have happened if I hadn't called, I got no answer. They don't want to talk about that part of my $67 order. You can probably do better than Hirsch. Try.
