Quirk Buick GMC

Wow reviews are bad for this dealership , should have read them before going in there today. Went in today to trade my 2015 Chevy Malibu in pristine condition and only 10,000 miles on it. I looked at a 2015 Kia Sorrento. Everything was good until the final negotiations. Bank came back with an approval . However , but here's where it started to fall apart they wanted $3000 down . I wasn't putting $3000 down today. So I was told they couldn't do it . Ok oh well so I left. I got home and did some figures and came to where the dealers numbers were. I was never told what they appraised my car at but by doing numbers I came to an $11,000 trade in value ( wow seriously) no way . They have the same exact car on their lot with almost 25,000 miles selling for a cool $17,000 that's a $6,000 payday for them courtesy of me. Me quirk look at your reviews they are horrible and your going to lose business. I for one will continue to post reviews everywhere I can to make sure people see them .

I called to inquiry about a 2015 GMC Acadia. Steve and Ryan the sales and finance manager was extremely helpful. Andrew was my sales representative he was knowledgable and helpful. I was blown away by how easy the buying process was. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and personable. Would recommend anyone looking at a purchasing or leasing a GMC or Buick to go to Quirk. Great company!!!
