He has been involved in legislation to amend laws of importance to condominiums and testified before the New Hampshire Legislature. He is also a member of the CAI and recently worked to establish the Condominium Law Section of the NH Bar Association of which he is the chairman for the 2018 term. In addition Michael represents business owners, corporations and limited liability companies in a variety of circumstances and litigation settings including employee non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements.
