        Overall

        I just want to state the obvious and say your facility had no WiFi and for a reason. Your staff sucks. Everyone of them are completely lazy. They have told is that they dont have the means tho clean a bedpan or change sheets...they ignore the patients and on top of that have no emergency plans when things go wrong. They literally had to shout for patients to administer medications because they had no clue where anyone was. Your facility smells like a porter-potty and your elevators are out dated. Mainly the problem is your staff. The nurses have disgusting attitudes and treat the patients like shout even when its the patients that are playing their pay checks. Your facility is all out disgusting...and should not be running.
