Koons of Manassas

This is the worst dealership to deal with they do not keep there end of the warranties the service people are the most rude non helpful unprofessional group of people. They do not like to do warranty work and do what ever they can to avoid legitimate problems. I bought a 2008 honda civic brand new and have had nothing but problems with the car itself and this dealership. IF YOU ARE UYING A CAR DO NOT GO TO KOONS OF MANASSAS THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!

This dealer will charge you for repairs that are not needed.

I had a work done at one dealer less than six month ago, and they told me that I need to do the same service in less than six month. And that type of service is needed once every five years.

I do not recommend them for anything.....dishonest service.
