CrossFit PWC is not your average gym and you wont see treadmills or machines. The dynamic exercises include things like plyometric jumps and Olympic lifts using non-traditional weightlifting equipment (e.g., kettlebells, sand-bags, suspension systems, or water-filled implements). Participants are challenged to do a certain number of repetitions in a specific time frame.Starting a fitness program may be one of the best things you can do for your health. Physical activity can reduce your risk of chronic disease, improve your balance and coordination, help you lose weight and even improve your sleep habits and self-esteem. Regenesis is a health and fitness facility that will specialize in what each individual needs. We will teach and train people to make a difference in their lives. When someone is ready to make a change to be healthy they will find the support they need at Regenesis and this includes support for their mind, body, and soul. The facility offers a family atmosphere where everyone helps, motivates, and supports everyone else. Individuals will walk away with a sense of accomplishment and the desire to continue to achieve their personal best!
