A.S.A.P. Auto Recycling & Salvage

This company tries to put a lien on your car without even sending you an Invoice or contacting you by phone or by any means. We gave our contact info and also insurance company's information but they did not even contact us and they did not contact our insurance company. Without sending any invoice or payment request, they sent a letter to DMV to put a line on our car. Very unprofessional.

This place ha the worst person that answers the phone she was rude and I only asked one question an I got no answer and hung up on me then I called her back and she answered and I asked her do you sell parts she yelled we don't sell she hangs up I wanted to ask her if she knew a place but didn't even get to ask her. I will never step foot in that place bad call person.
