After booking over the phone for boarding, the receptionist on the phone took my card information and said that it would be charged in advance. Upon picking up my cat, the total was not only more money than expected (because of Christmas up charges, which the phone receptionist had not informed me of), but because the computers were not working it was unclear whether or not I paid in advance.



The current receptionist insisted she call her boss (the owner I assume), who spoke to me on the phone. He was unapologetic and was not only short with me but said that the only option was to keep my cat until the computers were working or to pay in full again. He made it seem like this was my fault.



The owner was so rude on the phone and the receptionist (who tried her best to help) was unsure how to work through the computer. The whole ordeal took 45 minutes (during which I was the only person being helped). The experience was so bad that the receptionist said as I was leaving, "I understand if you do not want to board with us again."

The staff was very friendly and did a great job handling my dog. She was very scared but the staff was so good with her. Very kind, caring and professional. Thanks!

Courteous staff, friendly vet, cleans facility and good groomers. A+!! What more can I say? I am very pleased every time we come in. Thank you all.

The office is always clean. Robin does the greatest job grooming. Looks lovely every time. Keep up the good work, we will see you next time. :)

My dog loves it loves it here. Everyone is always friendly and polite. They have a great selection of dog clothes, dog food, etc. We will refer to friends.
