Happy Day Restaurant

My husband an I went to dinner at Happy Day , have been there a few times before everything fine. Well not to night service was not good the girl taken our order did not know what she was doing that's ok we can deal with. But when we never got are two orders of rice that we order. We said something after we got charged for it and they took 5 cents off. The man running around knew we never receive our rice an did not a thing about it. When you order a meal why do you pay for white rice anyways. This is a very small area why would you treat a person like that. Are they doing so well they don't care.

Best food on the ridge. Great service. Hot & Sour soup is hard to beat. A lot for great food for the value.
