I needed a specialty tool set to remove a water pump on a 5.9 liter dodge Ram, other dealers had to have a deposit in order to use their tool and even then it didn't work because it was not of the quality of the one I borrowed from Jake and Bob down at the NAPA dealer. They didn't even require a refundable deposit just my name and phone number and the promise to bring it back ASAP. They are exemplary in corporate citizenship, or as we used to say "just good ole boys" helping anyone and everyone as much as they can. They've been doing so for longer than I can remember.
