Terrible service provider. When doing a refi, they were selected to appraise our house. The report was riddled with factual errors about the house and the details of a recent transaction. This delayed our closing by 6 weeks, causing us to lose our rate lock. When they were challenged by the bank, Garth made up his own facts instead of simply calling us and verifying the details. When he was contacted, he said, talk to the lawyer and hung up. No ethics. Run the other way.
