        The Children's Research Center (CRC) helps federal, state and local child welfare agencies in reducing child abuse as well as neglect. It specializes in developing case management systems and conducting research that improves service delivery to children and families. The center offers a variety of services, such as research, training, process/outcome evaluation and technical assistance, among others. The Children's Research Center is a division of the National Council on Crime and Delinquency (NCCD), which is a nonprofit organization that promotes solutions to family, community and justice problems.
