        Service

        Went to Burkhalter travel to have them help plan our large group destination wedding. Our travel agent said she would call properties, email info and get back to us in the next few days, over three weeks later we never received any information from the travel agent. Upon emailing her she said they had email problems and they were very short staffed. Never tried to make it right or resolve the issue. They didn't seem interested in retaining our business and just used excuses and said " Best of luck with your wedding plans". Very disappointing.
